Keeping aware of your mental health isn't just for adults, it's for kids too. Children experience fluctuations in their mental health as well. Some days they feel sad or maybe a bit grumpy, and of course many days they are perfectly happy.
My home is a neurodiverse household and my husband and I often have to walk our boys through low or anxious feelings. As a parent or carer, I think it's important to try, as much as you can, to be a safe space for the children you love.
